Terms of service

  1. Owner of an online store is a company Dtsn Europe located in Gdansk.
  2. We are a legal company. We pay taxes and for all the products we issue fiscal receipts and VAT invoices on request.
  3. We reserve the right to change the Rules of the shop so the purchaser should check it prior any purchase.
  4. A purchase is explicit with reading the Rules and information concerning shipping and product returns.
  5. Most of our products that we sell are new and we give your warranty ( unless stated otherways ).
  6. The content of notices on the online store Dtsn Europe does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 543 of the Polish Civil Code.
  7. We reserve the possibility of lack of some the position shown due to international sales of our products and continuously changing assortment of stock.
  8. Products are new and free from physical defects, the Seller is not responsible for incorrect or illegal use of products purchased from us. Seller is not responsible for losses caused by misusing of purchased products and their incorrect installation.
  9. Used items are sold with no warranty.
  10. We are constantly trying to improve the quality of our products so photos of some items may be slightly different from that which receives the Buyer.
  11. When transporting goods across international borders – out of European Union, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.
  12. All prices visible on our website are VAT excl. (netto prices).
    If You are based in EU and don’t have EU VAT nr, You will need to add VAT to the final product price.
